I get JV offers every week.

You may believe me or now but I don’t even read them any more. They all look the same. People email me to ask me to JV with them. They tell me how great their product is and how easily I will make money with it. All same B.S. everytime.

They always try to explain me everything as if I were an idiot.

Let me tell you something about getting JV partners.

Approaching people with the same email copy sent out to hundreds of people will never get you JV partners. I will only JV with people that I know in person or from Internet forums.

Here’s the big tip.

You must get to know somebody before he or she is going to do anything for you. So move you’re ass and go to the next big offline event. It doesn’t matter where you are from. Treat it as investing in your business.

Go there, be friendly and get to know other marketers. One stupid conversation with somebody that knows his stuff will help you more than 10k JV emails.

Tallk shit and the question “so, what are you working on now” will just come up.

Be enthysiastic and have your business card ready. People love working with other people that they like. So, if you impress a big marketer  he will be very likely to help you when he has time.

Other good way to approach potential JV partners is to contact them via PM on Internet forum. It is way more personal than email.

Anytime you get the chance to obtain somebody’s phone number, skype or msn id, you should do this. It is much easier for somebody to ignore your email, then to ignore you when using one of this methods.

Another thing you must do is to give your JV’s  a free copy of your product, even if they don’t request it. This way you show them you trust them and they will be more likely to trust you.

And always remeber to treat your JV partners well. If they do you a favor you should always return the favour.

Never refuse them even if you need to change your plans.

If you have ever bought Internet Marketing related product there are big chances that you have done so because one of the gurus who recommended it to you.

Most newbie marketers fall for nicely written sales pages or review copies. But it does not actually make sense to purchase any products recommended by gurus. 90% of them will try to persuade you to buy anything that they can make affiliate commission on.

In most cases gurus do not even bother to try the product they recommend.

So how can you actually learn from gurus?

The answer is simple. Watch what they do.

Sing up to some IM newsletters and read all emails you get from them. Try to absorb the style. Study how they push products, how they try to persuade you to buy via their link.

Another thing you can use is their promo schedule. There is a method that will help you make quick sales at every product launch.

If you notice that many that gurus push the same thing, start a campaign for this product. Many people will learn about the product so they are going to look for some info about it. This is great method and ca be very profitable.

Most of the products have the best conversion ratio right after the launch.

The conclusion is. Do not buy products recommended by gurus because most of them will be of poor quality. On the other hand try to learn their marketing methods.

It is very easy to make a living by leeching on product launches.

I find it funny but most would-be marketers have no idea of what Internet Marketing really is. They think that IM is pushing products they know nothing about to “poor people” who are not aware that the helpful review they are reading comes from the affiliate who just wants to make a quick sale.

So, let me tell you something. Internet marketing is not about pushing products. Internet Marketing is not about making a quick sale from time to time.

So what is internet marketing?

It is doing all these things that change the state of mind of your prospects. It is making them want to buy from you. It is persuading them that their life will be simpler or better if they buy the product you sell or recommend.

This sounds simple but how can it be done?

You must find the targeted group of people that have the same need or problem to solve. You must state the same questions they have.

And here comes the moment when you make money:

You show them the way, solution. You point them to the right place so, they will think better of themselves.

It’s easy as that.

So, internet marketing is persuading your prospects that they need something that you have to offer.

Most of the marketers make the same mistake of pushing the product before their visitors even think they need one.

You must create the situation when your visitors get hungry for your product.

This is a bad thing to say but you must show your visitors that something is wrong in their lives but you can help them.

This way your prospects will be happy to buy from you. Buying makes people happy if they really believe they need something.

So, your main job is to make them need something.

Branding yourself is one of the quickest ways to become really successful Internet Marketer.

You may ask yourself what I mean by branding yourself. The simplest answer is become a guru in your niche/field.

There are thousands of gurus who make millions online just by appearing as an authority. They don’t even need to make money on their niche. They simply make money because people believe they are great, so these gurus can steal money from suckers offering coaching or mentoring programs.

In contrary of what most people think branding yourself, appearing as a guru.authority is not really difficult.

There are several easy ways to brand yourself:

• take part in discussion at online forums, provide good info and there will be many people who will click on your signature link
• create a free course containing valuable info
• create a good quality product
• start a blog and provide great content

These are just some of your choices.

Remember one thing:

“The more you give away, the more you will get back”

So, conclusion is. Give away or sell great products/info and people will be happy to buy from you over and over again.

Deliver some freebies and people will feel they owe you, so they will buy from you to give you back.
